PIPE CONNECTING THE SINK AND THE
DRAIN PIPE IN THE WALL.
3. THERE WERE LIVE AS WELL AS DEAD
ROACHES THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENT.
4. THERE IS VISABLE EVIDENCE OF PREVIOUS

LEAKS LEAVING SOME AREAS OF APT.1 IN
NEED OF REPAIR.
5. THERE IS NO GRASS BETWEEN OR AROUND
THE BUILDINGS JUST DIRT/SAND.
6. THERE IS NO GRASS IN THE SWALE JUST
DIRT/SAND.
7. OWNER NEEDS TO MAINTAIN THE LAND-
SCAPING.
8. I CONTACTED THE PB COUNTY BOARD OF
HEALTH OVER THE TOILET ISSUE. THE
CALL TAKER SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE
OUT TO THE PROPERTY WITHIN 48
HOURS.
