YEAR OUT OF COMPLIANCE. HE ASKED TO
SPEAK TO AN ATTORNEY AND I ADVISED THAT
HE EXPLAIN THE CIRCUMSTANCES TO THE
ATTORNEY IN WRITING, CONTACT INFORMATION
WAS PROVIDED VIA E-MAIL.
