THE RAILING IS LOOSE ON THE UPSTAIRS WALKWAY. LIGHTING FIXTURES AT THE DOORWAYS DO NOT WORK. THERE IS ROTTED WOOD UNDER THE ROOF LINE. ALL OF THE APARTMENTS NEED TO BE PAINTED.
