MAINTAINCE IS REQUIRED. THE VIOLATIONS
THAT STILL REQUIRE CORRECTION ARE FOR
THE SCREEENING OF THE GARBAGE/DUMPSTER
CONTAINERS (REPLACING GATES); REMOVAL OF
DEAD FOLIAGE; REPAIR OR REPLACE SCREENS
ON WINDOWS; REPLACE ROTTER WOOD,
MAINTAIN LANDSCAPED AREA (PREENT
DUST/SAND FROM RISING). WILL REQUEST
INPUT FROM THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IN
REFERENCE TO THE PLANTS ALONG THE FENCE.
