BREAKER BOX SWITCHED OUT IN BOTH APARTMENTS. CHECKING THE PERMITTING SECTION I HAVE FOUND THAT NO CONST. PERMITS OF ANY TYPE HAVE BEEN PULLED FOR THIS PROPERTY. I COIULD NOT SIGN OFF ON THE RENTAL PERMIT, MOST ELEC. OUTLETS IN BOTH APARTMENTS DID NOT WORK, THE OUTLETS FOR THE STOVE AND REFER. DID NOT WORK. THE CIRCUT BOX HAD SO MANY KNOCKOUTS MISSING THAT SOMEONE COULD EASLEY SLIP PAST THE SAFTEY COVER IF THEY NEEDED TO TURN A SWITCH ON/OFF FROM THAT BOX.
I ADVISED ROGER THAT HE WOULD NEED TO HAVE THE ELEC. SERVICE PROPERLY REPAIRED AND SHOW ME A COPY OF THE ELEC INSPECTORS REPORT OF APPROVAL BEFORE I COUD SIGN OFF ON HIS RENTAL LICENSE APPLICATION.
