THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT HANDLE THERE CONCERNS. SANITAION RESPONDED AND ISSUED A NOTICE OF VIOLATION FOR TRASH.OVERALL APPEARANCE OF THE PROPERTY IS MAINTAINED.I PERSONALLY DISCUSSED WITH THE OWNER, SEVERAL DIFFERENT VIOLATIONS THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS:TRASH & DEBRIS,LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE,FENCE IS NOT HERS, ALL LICENSE ARE CURRENT.ZONING ALSO CHECKED THE LICENSE AND SHE IS CURRENT. SHE DOES NEED TO LICENSE HER VENDING MACHINE AND WE DISCUUSED THAT.SIGN OUT FRONT NEEDS REPAIR, WE DISCUSSED THAT AS WELL.
