WITH THE RENT SITUATION IN THIS WAY AND
THAT HE MUST SUPPLY, AS AGREED, WATER TO
THE PROPERTY.
HE AGREED WITH ME AND WENT RIGHT OVER TO
CITY HALL AND PAID THE WATER BILL AND
ALL THE RECONNECTION FEES.

WATER SERVICE WAS BACK WITHIN THREE
HOURS OF OUR CONVERSATION.
