UNIT HAD MOLD/MILDEW ON VARIOUS SURFACES IN UNIT, INCLUDING DRY WALL OF WALLS. THE UNIT HAD BEEN TAGGED WITH AN ORANGE STICKER BY CITY BUILDING OFFICIALS DURING POST HURRICANE DAMAGE ASSESSMENT. PLACARD INDICATED THAT IT WAS NOT TO BE REMOVED EXCEPT BY BUILDING OFFICIAL, UPON REINSPECTION OF PROPERTY THAT IF WOULD BE DEEMED HABITABLE BY CITY BUILDING OFFICIAL.

PROPERTY OWNER IS NOT IN VIOLATION OF NOT HAVING A RENTAL LICENSE OF UNITS ARE NOT BEING RENTED OUT. EXTERIOR OF PROPERTY AT THIS TIME MEET MINIMUM HOUSING STANDARDS. WILL VIOLATION OPEN FOR 30 DAYS TO AWAIT A CHANGE IN CLAIM STATUS.
