POINTED OUT THE VARIOUS CONCERNS. DURING MY
INSPECTION I FOUND NO NUMBERS ON THE HOUSE,
LANDSCAPE NOT MAINTAINED, WINDOWS BROKEN, ROTTED
DOOR, CEILING FALLING DOWN KITCHEN SINK FACET
LOOSE,OUTDOOR STORAGE, FENCE NEEDS REPAIR, WIRES
EXPOSED AT FRONT DOOR WERE A LIGHT EXIST AND THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR WAS OUT AND MADE NOTE THE
CEILING WAS DONE WITHOUT A PERMIT, NOTICE WAS
LEFT WITH TENAT FOR OWNER AT PREMISE. RENOVATIONS
IN THE REAR WITH OUT PERMITS.
