  INDICATED SHE TRIED PAYING HER PHONE BILL LAST NIGHT BUT
  THE SYSTEM KEPT. REJECTING HER CREDIT CARD. SHE INDICATED
  SHE CALLED THE BANK AND WAS TOLD THAT THE CARD IS FINE.
  SHE REQUESTED THAT I SEND AN MRT TO RECORD SHE TRIED TO
  CALL BUT WILL CALL CUSTOMER IN THE MORNING.
CLOSING12-12-2011D VOGLER TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER TWICE ON TELEPHONE ON DAY
  OF COMPLAINT BUT PHONE WAS DISCONNECTED. IN CHECKING
  CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT THIS MORNING, HER CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
  WAS MADE ON 12/9, THE SAME DAY AS THE COMPLAINT. SINCE WE
  COULD NOT CONTACT CUSTOMRE AND PAYMENT WAS MADE VIA THE
  WEB/IVR SYSTEM, I AM CLOSING THIS ISSUE.
