ACTion!! is an automated complaint tracking system designed specifically to serve the needs of the customer within our community. When you enter a new ACTion! item your entry is assigned an identification number and then routed to the appropriate department for resolution. When a complaint or request is received, it is immediately logged in the ACTion!! system which records, processes, routes and monitors each ACTion item.
