| | | SIGNED OFF ON THE ROOF. HE STATES THAT HE SPOKE WITH DAVID |
| | | LAVINE OF CODE COMPLIANCE AND QUESTIONED HIM AT A |
| | | NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING AS TO WHY WAS THE ROOF SIGNED OFF ON |
| | | WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE OF A PERMIT? MR. LEVINE RESPONDED THAT |
| | | IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO PULL THE PERMIT TO CLEAR THE |
| | | VIOLATION. MR. SAGE BELIEVES THAT THIS POLICY NEEDS TO BE |
| | | CHANGED. HE IS CONCERNED THAT IF THERE ARE STRONG WINDS AND |
| | | THE NEIGHBOR'S ROOF COMES OFF AND DAMAGES HIS OR ANOTHER?S |
| | | PROPERTY HE WILL MAKE IT KNOWN THAT THE CITY WAS AWARE OF |
