  RESIDENT STATES THAT HE HAS BEEN TRYING TO GET THE
  NEIGHBORHOOD CLEANDED UP AND THAT FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS, THE
  HOUSE AT 820 29TH ST HAS BEEN VACANT AND IST IN TOTAL
  DECAY. THE CEILING ARE CAVING IN, THE WINDOWS ARE ALL
  BROKEN AND THE FENCE IS FALLING DOWN. RESIDENT STATES THAT
  IF THE CITY WOULD HA VE LISTENED TO HIS COMPLAINTS, THE
  PROPERTY WOULD NOT BE IN THE SHAPE THAT ITS IN TODAY. THIS
  HOUSE IS A HISTORICAL HOME AND NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE
  HAPPENED IF THE CITY WOULD HAVE PAID ATTENTION TO HIS
  "PLEAS" RESDIENT STATES THAT HE HAS BEEN CALLING FOR THE
  PAST 8 YEARS AND HE ALSO STATES THAT THIS HOUSE IS A
  HISTORIC HOUSE.

  ON THIS PROPERTY AND WHAT ACTIONS HAVE BEEN TAKEN.

  FOR THIS MATTER UNDER CASE #CE05030980. THE PROPERTY WAS
  INSPECTED BY THE ZONE'S CODE OFFICER, DONALD WILLIAMS, AND
  CITED FOR VIOLATIONS OF OVERGROWN YARD, DEBRIS, ADDRESS
  CHARACTERS, PAINT, EXTERIOR REPAIRS AND LANDSCAPING. THE
  CODE OFFICER HAS BEGUN TO WORK WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER TO
  BRING THE VIOLATIONS INTO COMPLIANCE. SHOULD THE
  VIOLATIONS NOT BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE, THE CASE WILL BE
  FORWARDED TO A SPECIAL MAGISTRATE HEARING FOR POSSIBLE
  FINES AND/OR LIENS. CODE SUPERVISOR ROBERT CRESTON CALLED
  MR. DAVID ORTIEB ON 4/18/05 AND ADVISED THE STATUS.
