| SIDEWALK ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES OF FERN STREET. A |
| REVIEW OF THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE NEW 360 |
| SOUTH ROSEMARY OFFICE TOWER INDICATES THAT THERE IS A |
| DIRECT CONFLICT WITH THE PROPOSED HANDHOLE ON THE NORTH |
| SIDE OF FERN STREET AND A STREET TREE AS WELL AS A GAS |
| LINE. NEITHER THE SURVEY OR THE ENGINEERING PLAN SHOW |
| THE GAS LINE IN THE SAME LOCATION AS THE LANDSCAPE |
| PLAN. IT APPEARS THAT THE GAS LINE IS BEING RELOCATED |
| AS PART OF THE PROJECT. YOU MUST SHOW THE FINAL |
| CONDITIONS AND DESIGN YOUR INSTALLATION TO NOT CONFLICT |
| WITH THE FINAL CONDITIONS. ADDITIONALLY, THE SURVEY |
| NEEDS TO SHOW THE SOUTH SIDE OF FERN STREET IN THE |
| LOCATION OF WORK. CURRENTLY THE SURVEYOR?S NOTES COVER |
| THE AREA. |

| 2) PLEASE NOTE THAT CITYPLACE RETAIL, LLC, IS IN THE |
| PROCESS OF RECONFIGURING THE SIDEWALK WITHIN THE |
| OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD RIGHT-OF-WAY AT THE LOCATION OF |
| HANDHOLE 1+69. YOU WILL NEED TO VERIFY THE FINAL |
| CONDITIONS TO COORDINATE YOUR INSTALLATION. |

| 2) THE BORE SHOWN AT 5 TO 12 FEET BELOW GRADE IS AT A |
| SUFFICIENT DEPTH TO AVOID TREE AND PALM DAMAGE. |

| 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING THE PLANS, INCLUDE THE PERMIT |
| NUMBER (19020053) AND A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE |
