 SURROUNDING STRUCTURAL SOIL. THE FULL AREA COVERED BY
 THE STRUCTURAL SOIL UNDER THE SIDEWALK IS A MINIMUM OF
 19 FEET EAST TO WEST AND THE FULL DEPTH OF THE SIDEWALK
 FROM THE CURB TO THE EDGE OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE. THE
 DETAILS ARE PROVIDED ON SHEET C1.10 OF THE DRAWINGS.
  
 IT APPEARS THAT YOU SHIFTED THE BIOSWALE PIT TO THE
 EAST OF HANDHOLE STA 8+95; HOWEVER, THE DIMENSION FROM
 THE LIMITS OF THE STRUCTURAL SOIL TO THE EDGE OF WHERE
 YOU WILL CUT THE SIDEWALK TO SET THE HANDHOLE WAS NOT
 PROVIDED. THIS DIMENSION MUST BE AT LEAST SEVEN (7)
 FEET TO AVOID DISTURBING THE STRUCTURAL SOIL AND
 CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE PLAN (A BLOW UP OF THE AREA OF
 WORK WOULD BE BEST).
  
 THE FIBER LEADING TO THE WEST SIDE OF STA 8+95 WAS NOT
 CHANGED AND CONTINUES TO SHOW AN OPEN CUT THROUGH THE
 STRUCTURAL SOIL BOTH TO THE WEST OF THE BIOSWALE PIT
 AND BETWEEN THE BIOSWALE PIT AND THE EDGE OF THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY. STAFF WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS PROPOSAL AS
 IT WILL DAMAGE THE STRUCTURAL SOIL.
  
 AFTER THE SEVEN FOOT OFFSET FROM EACH OF THE BIOSWALE
 PITS TO AVOID THE STRUCTURAL SOIL, THERE WILL BE AN
 APPROXIMATELY 15 FOOT CLEAR AREA WHERE YOU CAN INSTALL
 THE HANDHOLE AND THE FUTURE SMALL CELL WIRELESS
 FACILITY POLE. YOU WILL NEED TO BORE DIRECTLY FROM THE
 HANDHOLE STA 8+00 TO HANDHOLE STA 8+95 UNDER FERN
 STREET.
  
 2) THE SURVEY FOR THE INTERSECTION OF N CLEMATIS STREET
 AND FLAGLER DRIVE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 LINE, THE CURB LINE OR OTHER FEATURES.

 WHEN COMPARED TO THE STREET CONDITIONS APPEAR TO SHOW
 MULTIPLE CONFLICTS WITH EXISTING TREES.
