2015-05-12 16:19:531. PLEASE PROVIDE A TREE SURVEY IDENTIFYING EXISTING
 TREES ON THE PROPERTY AND INDICATE THE SPECIES, SIZE,
 AND IF THEY WILL BE REMOVED, RELOCATED, OR REMAIN.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A SHEET SHOWING THE CAD LAYER FOR THE
 AREAS COUNTED AS OPEN SPACE AND AREAS COUNTED AS
 LANDSCAPE OPEN SPACE.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE QUANTITIES AND DROUGHT TOLERANCE
 LEVEL FOR EACH SPECIES ON THE PLANT LIST. ONCE THE
 PLANT LIST IS FINALIZED, FURTHER REVIEW MAY PROCEED FOR
 PLACEMENT WITHIN THE PLAN.
  
 4. THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ADJACENT TO MILITARY TRAIL IS
 FILLED WITH LIGHTING, SIDEWALKS AND NET STRUCTURE THAT
 MINIMIZE THE AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPING TO PROVIDE BUFFERING
 AND SCREENING FROM THE ROAD AND ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
 PLEASE ARRANGE THE COMPONENTS TO CONSOLIDATE AND
 MAXIMIZE THE BUFFERING EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TREES,
 UNDERSTORY AND SHRUBS.
  
 5. PLEASE ADD TREES TO THE LANDSCAPE IN THE NORTHWEST
 GRASS PARKING AREA. THESE MAY BE IN STRIPS TO PROVIDE
 SOME SHADE FOR CARS PARKING IN THE AREA.
  
 6. PLEASE INDICATE ANY LITTORAL PLANTINGS IN THE LAKE.
  
 7. PLEASE REVISE THE LANDSCAPE AND ENGINEERING PLANS TO
 AVOID CONFLICTS BETWEEN LANDSCAPING AND WATER, SEWER,
 DRAINAGE, LIGHTING AND FPL EQUIPMENT. PLEASE SHOW ALL
 THESE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT AND UTILITIES.
  
 9. THE FPL LINES ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF HAVERHILL ROAD
 WILL SUBSTANTIALLY LIMIT THE CHOICES FOR BUFFER TREES
 AND PLACEMENT. EXPANDED BUFFER AREAS OR UNDERGROUNDING
 THE LINES WILL ALLOW LARGER TREES AND IMPROVE
 BUFFERING.
  
 10. LARGER SPECIES OF TREES ARE SUGGESTED FOR THE SOUTH
 BUFFER TO PROVIDE SOME BLOCKING OF EQUIPMENT GOING INTO
 THE CANAL RIGHT OF WAY FROM THE ADJACENT SPORTS FIELDS.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
