 THE WORK AFFECTS EGREES AND THE LIFE SAFTEY PLAN NOW
 SHOWS NOTHING ABOUT DISTANCE, OCCUPANT LOAD OR COMMON
 PATH OF TRAVEL.

 REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED. NEED TO SPECIFY TYPE OF

 1B) THIS IS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY FROM A STORAGE
 WAREHOUSE OCCUPANCY TO A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. THE PLANS
 WILL NEED TO STATE THIS IS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY AND
 DESIGNED TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE:
 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE SECTION 1001.2.2 CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OR GROUP. WHERE THE OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION OF A BUILDING CHANGES, THE PROVISIONS OF
 SECTIONS 1002 THROUGH 1012 SHALL APPLY. THIS INCLUDES A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND A CHANGE TO
 ANOTHER GROUP WITHIN AN OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.

 (1)SCOPE OF WORK IS NOT CLEAR. PLANS WERE REVISED
 EXCEPT FOR ELECTRICAL PLAN THAT SHOWS OPEN OFFICE AREA,
 LIBRARY, RECEPTION, CONFERENCE ROOM AND PARKING AREA.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO
 MATCH.
  
 (2) USE GROUP IN GENERAL NOTES SPECIFY BUSINESS GROUP
 AND STORAGE GROUP S-1. CLEARLY IDENTIFY PROPOSED
 STORAGE MATERIAL. NUMBER OF EXITS WILL BE DETERMINED
 DEPENDING ON TYPE OF STORAGE. AT THIS POINT THE REAR
 DOOR IS NOT AN EXIT. COORDINATE WITH FIRE COMMENTS.

 1G) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWS A NEW RESTROOM AND A
 EXISTING BATHROOM WITH A SHOWER, BUT THE SHOWER IS NOT
 ACCESSIBLE. 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. 213.2 TOILET
 ROOMS AND BATHING ROOMS. WHERE TOILET ROOMS ARE
 PROVIDED, EACH TOILET ROOM SHALL COMPLY WITH 603. WHERE
 BATHING ROOMS ARE PROVIDED, EACH BATHING ROOM SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 603.

 ENTRANCES REQUIRED BY 206.4.2 THROUGH 206.4.9, AT LEAST
 60 PERCENT OF ALL PUBLIC ENTRANCES SHALL COMPLY WITH

 ROUTE. PLEASE SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 103 EQUIVALENT FACILITATION

 OPENINGS AT THE OPEN SIDES OF A STAIR, FORMED BY THE
 RISER, TREAD AND BOTTOM RAIL SHALL NOT ALLOW PASSAGE OF

 3D) THE HANDRAIL HORIZONTAL EXTENSION STOP SHORT OF THE

 THE HANDRAILS SHALL EXTEND HORIZONTALLY NOT LESS THAN
 12 INCHES (305 MM) BEYOND THE TOP RISER AND CONTINUE TO
 SLOPE FOR THE DEPTH OF ONE TREAD BEYOND THE BOTTOM
 RISER. 4.ACCESSIBLE HANDRAIL EXTENSIONS SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 ACCESSIBILITY. THE BOTTOM HORIZONTAL RETURN OF A
