 3D) THE HANDRAIL HORIZONTAL EXTENSION STOP SHORT OF THE

 THE HANDRAILS SHALL EXTEND HORIZONTALLY NOT LESS THAN
 12 INCHES (305 MM) BEYOND THE TOP RISER AND CONTINUE TO
 SLOPE FOR THE DEPTH OF ONE TREAD BEYOND THE BOTTOM
 RISER. 4.ACCESSIBLE HANDRAIL EXTENSIONS SHALL BE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 ACCESSIBILITY. THE BOTTOM HORIZONTAL RETURN OF A
 HANDRAIL SHALL BE NO HIGHER THAN 27 INCHES. 2017 ACC.

 3E) SHEET A3.01 ARE SILENT ABOUT THE REQUIRED DESIGN
 LOADS FOR HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS. DESIGNED AND
 CONSTRUCTED FOR THE STRUCTURAL LOADING CONDITIONS SET
 FORTH IN THIS SECTION. FBC-B 1607.8.1 HANDRAILS AND
 GUARDS. HANDRAILS AND GUARDS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO
 RESIST A LINEAR LOAD OF 50 POUNDS PER LINEAR FOOT (PLF)
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 4.5.1 OF ASCE 7.
  
 3F) FBC-B 1607.8.1.1 CONCENTRATED LOAD. HANDRAILS AND
 GUARDS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST A CONCENTRATED LOAD
 OF 200 POUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 4.5.1 OF ASCE
 7.
  
 3G) FBC-B 1607.8.1.2 INTERMEDIATE RAILS. INTERMEDIATE
 RAILS (ALL THOSE EXCEPT THE HANDRAIL), BALUSTERS AND
 PANEL FILLERS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST A
 CONCENTRATED LOAD OF 50 POUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH

 CONTRACTOR OR REPRESENTATIVE) TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE OFFICE LOCATED AT 2300 N. JOG RD. ROOMS
 2W01-2W14 WEST PALM BEACH, FL. THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF
 PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE
 PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE
