 2. PLEASE PROVIDE AN FAR SUMMARY TABLE IN THE OVERALL
 GROUND FLOOR PLAN INCLUDING ALL THE GSF CALCULATIONS
 ACCORDING TO THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL. PLEASE INCLUDE A
 SUMMARY PARKING CALCULATION.
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE A SUMMARY SHEET INDICATING HOW THE
 FAR WAS CALCULATED IN EACH OF THE FLOORS, INCLUDE THE
 ASSOCIATED DIAGRAM FOR EACH.
 4. PLEASE INDICATE PROPERTY LINE AND SETBACK LINE ON
 ALL FLOOR PLANS AND ELEVATIONS TO IDENTIFY ANY POSSIBLE
 ENCROACHMENTS.
 5. PLEASE INDICATE ALL MECHANICAL ENCLOSURES ON ROOF
 TOP AND INCLUDE A DETAIL INDICATING THE HEIGHT OF THE
 ENCLOSURE (ENCLOSURE SHALL BE AS TALL AS MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT).
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE COLORED ELEVATIONS WITH THE CALL OUT
 MATERIALS (SUBMITTED DRAWINGS IS BLACK AND WHITE AND
 DIFFICULT TO IDENTIFY DIFFERENT MATERIALS).
 7. PLEASE INDICATE THE CLEAR SIDEWALK ADJACENT TO THE
 RAMP SOUTH OF RESIDENTIAL ENTRANCE ON OLIVE AVENUE. CAN
 THE PARKING AREA BE REDUCED TO WIDEN THE SIDEWALK?
 8. SIDEWALK ELEVATION SHALL BE MAINTAINED ACROSS
 DRIVEWAYS. PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE ON CIVIL DRAWINGS.
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE PHOTOMETRICS FOR ALL THE STREET
 LEVEL. MINIMUM 0.6 FOOTCANDLE AT BACK OF CURB ONE FOOT
 ABOVE GRATE SHALL BE PROVIDED. LIGHTING CAN BE FROM
 STREET LIGHT OR FIXTURES ATTACHED TO BUILDING FACADE.
 10. PLEASE INCLUDE DETAILS TO INDICATE THE STREET LIGHT
 POLE AND FIXTURE ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH DOWNTOWN
 STANDARD. LIGHT FIXTURE SHALL BE ALIGNED WITH TREE
 TRUNKS (2' FROM BACK OF CURB TO CENTER OF POLE).
 11. ADA RAMP AT CORNERS SHALL BE LOCATED TO REDUCE THE
 DISTANCE OF PEDESTRIAN CROSSING ACROSS TRAVEL LANES.
 12. PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT FOR STAFF
 REVIEW. STRUCTURAL SOIL IS REQUIRED AROUND ALL TREES.
