 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 THE SECOND REVIEW OF THE PLANS IS BASED ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS AND DOCUMENTS, AND THE RESPONSES BY
 THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. COMMENTS FROM THE 1ST REVIEW
 THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED, OR PARTIALLY STILL EXIST
 WILL BE REITERATED BELOW.
  
 1) COMMENT #1: 2ND REQUEST FOR ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED
 AND SEALED AC CALCULATIONS.
  
 2) COMMENT #2: IT IS AGREED THAT THE APARTMENT SYSTEMS
 DO NOT HAVE TO BE COMMISSIONED HOWEVER THE COMMON AREA
 AND CORRIDOR SYSTEMS DO NOT FALL UNDER SECTION C408.2
 EXCEPTION #2. PLEASE NOTE THAT COMMISSIONING OF THE
 ELECTRICAL POWER AND LIGHTING SYSTEMS IS ALSO REQUIRED
 AND SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE REPORT.
  
 3) COMMENTS #3 & 4: PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT
 THE TRACE 700 PROGRAM IS COMPLIANT WITH ASHRAE/ACCA
 STANDARD 183 OR ACCA MANUAL N.
  
 4) COMMENT #5: 2ND REQUEST FOR AN ACCURATE ENERGYGAUGE
 COMPLIANCE REPORT THAT PROVIDES DATA CONSISTENT WITH
 THE SYSTEMS SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
  
 5) COMMENT #6: AS STATED IN THE RESPONSE NARRATIVE,
 ESTIMATED LOADS HAVE BEEN USED TO PROVIDE INPUT DATA
 FOR THE FUTURE OLIVE AND BANYAN RETAIL SPACES IN THE
 ENERGYGAUGE REPORT. PLEASE INDICATE SPECIFICALLY WHERE
 THIS INPUT DATA CAN BE FOUND IN THE REPORT. I WAS
 UNABLE TO LOCATE IT.
  
 6) COMMENT #7: 2ND REQUEST FOR THE SMOKE ANALYSIS
 REPORT TO BE ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED AND SEALED.
  
 7) COMMENT #8: ACKNOWLEDGED. COMMISSIONING OF THE SMOKE
 CONTROL SYSTEMS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE OWNERSHIP IN
 CONJUNCTION WITH SLS AS A DEFERRED SUBMITTAL.
  
 8) COMMENT #9: 2ND REQUEST FOR MINIMUM VENTILATION
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE ELEVATOR LOBBIES. THE REQUIREMENT
 FOR VENTILATING THE LOBBIES IS FOUND IN SECTION 403.3
 AND TABLE 403.3, AND ALSO SECTION 404.3.
  
 404.3 OCCUPIED SPACES ACCESSORY TO PUBLIC GARAGES.
 CONNECTING OFFICES, WAITING ROOMS, TICKET BOOTHS AND
 SIMILAR USES THAT ARE ACCESSORY TO A PUBLIC GARAGE
 SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT A POSITIVE PRESSURE AND SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH VENTILATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 403.3
  
 9) COMMENT #11, SHEETS M1.1.1B, M.1.1.1C: IT IS AGREED
 THAT THE TRANSFER GRILLS FROM THE STAIRWELL ENCLOSURES
 INTO THE EXIT PASSAGEWAYS ARE PERMITTED UNDER SECTION
 1022.5 AND 1022.10.1 FOR PRESSURIZATION OF THE EXIT
 PASSAGEWAYS, HOWEVER PRESSURIZATION OF THE PASSAGEWAYS
 AND THE SEQUENCE OF OPERATION FOR THE FIRE DAMPERS IN
 THE TRANSFER GRILLS ABOVE THE STAIRWELL ENCLOSURE
  
 DOORS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SMOKE ANALYSIS REPORT, OR
 MENTIONED IN THE SEQUENCE OF OPERATION ON SHEET M5.03.
 PLEASE REVISE THE REPORT AND PLANS ACCORDINGLY, AND
 CLARIFY IF THE EXISTING FANS HAVE THE CAPACITIES TO
 PRESSURIZE THE PASSAGEWAYS IN A SMOKE EVENT. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE DOOR OPENINGS THAT ARE SHOWN IN THE
 PASSAGEWAYS CONNECTING THE LOADING BAY AND GARAGE ETC.
  
 ARE PERMITTED ONLY IF THE EXIT PASSAGEWAYS ARE
 PRESSURIZED IN THE SAME MANNER AS THE STAIRWELLS-
 SECTION 1022.10.1 EXCEPTIONS. THE PRESSURIZATION OF
 THESE PASSAGEWAYS HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED.
  
 10) COMMENTS #14 & 31: ACKNOWLEDGED. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 NOTE ON THE PLAN FOR O/A CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 11) COMMENTS #15 & 27: ACKNOWLEDGED. MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONDENSERS TO BE A DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL. THE SPECS SHALL INDICATE THE UNITS MAY BE
 INSTALLED INDOORS.
  
 12) COMMENT #18: THERE IS NO NOTE IN THE FAN SCHEDULE
 TO INDICATE THE FIRE PUMP EXHAUST FAN EF-L1 WILL RUN
 CONTINUOUSLY.
  
 13) COMMENT #25: THERE IS NO NOTE IN THE FAN SCHEDULE
 TO INDICATE THE EXHAUST FANS EF-M1 & EF-M2 WILL RUN
 CONTINUOUSLY.
  
 14) COMMENT #26: ACKNOWLEDGED. PLEASE PROVIDE A NOTE ON
 THE PLAN PERTAINING TO REQUIRED GENERATOR EXHAUST
 CLEARANCES. SUBMIT SPECS FOR THE GENERATOR AND EXHAUST

 CONDENSER AND FAN SUPPORTS BARS WILL BE ATTACHED TO

 LOUVER CONNECTING WITH AN ENCLOSED PARKING GARAGE-

 19) COMMENT #39: A) MINIMUM 8' FROM FINISHED FLOOR TO
 THE BOTTOM OF THE SMOKE EXHAUST DUCT AND FAN REQUIRED-
 SECTION 304.6. B) SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR THE FIRE WRAP WITH SHOP DRAWING APPROVAL BY THE
 EOR.
  
 20) COMMENT #41: BECAUSE THE SPECS INDICATE THE SYSTEM
 WILL PRODUCE OVER 2000 CFMS AT .10, .20, OR .30 STATIC
 PRESSURE, THE DUCT SMOKE DETECTOR WILL BE REQUIRED.

 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND
 KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS.
