 MARSHAL, WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 THE COMMENTS POSTED BY WESLEY JOLIN HAVE BEED ADDRESSED
 EXCEPT FOR THOSE REGARDING THE EXTERIOR BBQ GRILLS.
  
 THE USE OF BBQ GRILLS ON THE DECK OF A HIGH RISE
 BUILDING IS NOT TAKEN LIGHTLY BY THIS OFFICE. THERE ARE
 VARIOUS CONCERNS RELATING TO THE SAFE USE OF NG, LEAK
 DETECTION/VENTILATION, EMERGENCY SHUTOFF, SMOKE
 GENERATION OF EXCESSIVE FATTY PRODUCTS, MISUSE,
 LOCATION OF NEARBY COMBUSTIBLES (INCLUDING LANDSCAPE),
 POSTING OF USE, SHUTOFF, AND LIGHTING
 INSTRUCTIONS,ETC,.
  
 THIS OFFICE IS NOT AGAINST THE RECREATIONAL USE OF
 GRILLS IN THESE AREAS; HOWEVER, IT MUST BE DONE WITH
 EXTENSIVE PLANNING AND CONTROL TO ELIMINATE OR REDUCE
 AS MANY PREVENTABLE FACTOR FACTORS AS POSSIBLE.
  
 IT IS THIS WITH MINDSET THAT THESE COMMENTS ARE POSTED
 GOING FORWARD.
  
 IT IS IMPERATIVE AND OF THE UTMOST PRIORITY THAT THE
 SAFETY OF THE TENANTS AND VISITORS AND THE SAFETY OF
 THIS BUILDING THAT WE WORK TO FIND THAT SAFEST LOCATION
 AND PROCEDURES FOR THE USE OF THESE BBQ GRILLS.
  
  
 1) COMMENT # 4 - INDICATES THAT A GRILL WAS MOVED TO AN
 ALTERANTE POCATION. THIS NEW LOCATION IS ONLY SHOWN ON
 SHEET A 9.75.2, ALL OTHER RELATED SHEETS IT REMIANS.
  
 PLEASE CORRECT ALL SHEETS TO AVOID CONFUSION.
  
  
  
 2) COMMENT # 4 - ONLY INDICATES THE RELOCATION OF
 ONE(1) GRILL. TWO(2) OTHER GRILLS REMAIN IN THE SAME
 LOCATION THAT APPEAR TO BE WITHIN 10FT OF THE "LINE OF
 BALCONY ABOVE".
  
 PLEASE REVIEW AND CORRECT.
  
  
  
 3) SHEET A 9.76.1 - THERE IS AN INDICATION OF "STAND
 ALONE GRILL" IN TWO (2) LOCATIONS. PLEASE DEFINE THIS
 TERM.
  
 PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT LP TANKS SHALL NOT BE USED IN
 OR ON THIS AREA, OR STORED AT ANY LOCATION.
  
  
  
 4) THERE ARE NO CLEAR INDICATIONS THAT I WAS ABLE TO
 FIND SHOWING THE INSTALLATION OF PORTABLE FIRE
 EXTINGUISHERS AT ANY OF THE LOCATION NOTED ABOVE.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS.
  
  
 5) I AM AVAILBLE TO MEET AND REVIEW ANY PROOSED NEW
 LOCATIONS OR DISCUSS ANY CONCERNS. IN AN EFFORT TO SAVE
 TIME AND ENERGY, PLEASE ALSO USE MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO
 SEND ANY PDF'S OR QUESTIONS.
