 WHERE STAIRWAY DOOR LOCKING IS ADDRESSED, OR REVISE
 PLAN TO SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 RESPONSE STATES THAT E3.0.0 FIRE COMMAND ROOM HAS A
 DOOR UNLOCKING DEVICE; PLEASE HAVE ENGINEER ADVISE AS
 TO WHERE THIS CAN BE FOUND. IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE
 ONE OF THE "FIRE COMMAND ROOM KEYNOTES".
  
 RESPONSE LETTER ALSO STATES THAT ACCESS CONTROL
 DRAWINGS 840-849 INDICATE WHICH DOORS AND THE CONTROLS
 FOR THESE DOORS TO LOCK AND UNLOCK. THESE PAGES ARE NOT
 DESIGNED BY AN ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER AND CANNOT BE USED
 TO DEMONSTRATE CODE COMPLIANCE. ALL DOORS ARE REQUIRED
 TO RELEASE.
  
 IT IS POSSIBLE THAT, IF FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEER

 WHICH IS >3' FROM PROPERTY LINE). ON LS1.1 THE
 CALCULATION UTILIZES THE ENTIRE WALL LENGTH. IT IS
 POSSIBLE THAT THIS WILL BE PERMITTED DEPENDING ON
 OPENINGS ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTY IN THIS LOCATION. IF
 READILY AVAILABLE, PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION VIA EMAIL.
 IF NOT READILY AVAILABLE TO ARCHITECT, I CAN GET IT
 FROM THE HOTEL PERMIT DOCUMENTS.

 41. REGARDING THRESHOLD STATEMENT, RESPONSE IS THAT
 THIS IS ON EVERY STRUCTURAL PAGE. I APOLOGIZE FOR THE
 COMMENT NOT BEING CLEAR; I CANNOT LOCATE THIS STATEMENT
 ON THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS. STATUTE STATES:
  
 W.P.B. AMENDMENT 110.3.7.4.4, FS553.79(7)(D): ALL PLANS
 FOR THE BUILDING WHICH ARE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND
 SEALED BY THE ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER OF RECORD CONTAIN A
 STATEMENT THAT, TO THE BEST OF THE ARCHITECT'S OR
 ENGINEER'S KNOWLEDGE, THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE MINIMUM BUILDING CODES AND
 THE APPLICABLE FIRESAFETY STANDARDS AS DETERMINED BY
 THE LOCAL AUTHORITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS CHAPTER AND
