 UPON REQUEST, THIS CAN BE A PROVISO ITEM - TEST REPORTS

 THIS TIME ONLY TWO PRODUCTS WHICH HAVE FLAME SPREAD
 TEST WITHOUT TILE. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE PRODUCT
 PROPOSED DOES NOT HAVE A FLAME SPREAD TEST FOR
 COMBUSTIBLE FLOORING. DUE TO THE RESTRICTIVE NATURE OF
 THE PROVISO, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT APPLICANT RESOLVE
 THIS ISSUE AT THIS TIME. IF A PROVISO IS REQUESTED,
 PLEASE ADVISE AS TO WHEN THE ITEM WILL BE ADDRESSED.
