 2) 2ND REVIEW. SUBMITTED IS A PRE-MANUFACTURED
 BUILDING, IT APPEARS NOT TO BE A STATE APPROVED PLAN,
 SINCE THERE IS ONLY AN APPROVAL FROM PFS AND ONLY ON A
 FEW SHEETS,NOR IS THE SIGNATURE OF THE PLANS EXAMINER
 LICENSE NUMBER FOUND ON THE DBPR WEBSITE. THE
 ENGINEERING PROVIDED BY JOHN IRVING P. E. DOES INDICATE
 THIS STRUCTURE TO BE ELEVATED SINCE THERE IS A HEIGHT
 ADJUSTMENT FACTOR OF 1.62. THE ISSUE IS THIS MODULAR
 BUILDING IS GOING TO BE LOCATED ON TOP OF AN EXISTING 5
 STORY III-A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING. AS INDICATED
 PAGE 1 OF 15 BUILDING TYPE V-B AND BUILDING LIMITATIONS
 1.3.3 OCCUPANCY S-2 OR B OR U FROM THE 2010 FBC-TABLE
 503THIS STRUCTURE CAN NOT BE PLACED ANY HIGHER THAN 2
 STORIES.
 THE ORIGINAL BUILDING BEING BUILT AS A MIXED USE
 MERCANTILE 1ST FLOOR AND R2 THE SECOND THRU 5TH FLOOR
 WHICH ALLOWED FOR 4 STORIES, IT IS FULLY SPRINKLERED
 WITH A FULL NFPA 13 SPRINKLER THAT GACE THEM A ONE
 STORY INCREASE, THE NEW MODULAR STRUCTURE WOULD ALSO BE
 REQUIRED TO BE FULLY SPRINKLERED AND A MINIMUM BUILDING
 TYPE OF IIIA.
  
 3) 2ND REQUEST.SHEET S2 DETAIL # 5 INDICATES A SPECIAL
 PLATE DETAIL OF THE STEEL FRAME BEING ATTACHED TO THE
 EXISTING ELEVATOR SHAFT, BUT THERE IS NO INFORMATION AS
 TO HOW THE MANUFACTURED BUILDING IS TRANSFERRING THE
 LOADS TO THE STRUCTURAL STEEL FRAMEWORK, PART OF THE
 MAIN WIND FORCE RESISTING SYSTEM. 2010 1609.4.1.
  
 4) 2ND REQUEST. SHEET C4 THE ELEVATIONS INDICATE WHAT
 APPEARS TO BE TRIM ON THE CONCEALMENT SCREENS AND
 ARCHITECTURAL DECOR TO MATCH THE BUILDING ON THE
 MODULAR BUILDING, PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH:
  
 2010 FBC-B 1406.2.2 TYPE I, II, III AND IV
 CONSTRUCTION.
 ON BUILDINGS OF TYPE I, II, III AND IV CONSTRUCTION,
 EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO BE
 CONSTRUCTED OF WOOD IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1405.5,
 OR OTHER EQUIVALENT COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL, COMPLYING
 WITH THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS:
 (2.) COMBUSTIBLE ARCHITECTURAL TRIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO
 40 FEET (12 192 MM) IN HEIGHT ABOVE GRADE.
