 APPROVAL (WCF CASE NO. 14-20)?
  
  A. ALL RRUS AND SURGE SUPPRESSOR UNITS WERE TO BE
 CONCEALED BEHIND THE PARAPET/EXTERIOR WALL.
 FLUSH-MOUNTING THE UNITS WAS ONLY TO BE PROVIDED IF
 PLACEMENT BEHIND THE PARAPET/EXTERIOR WALL WAS IN NO
 WAY POSSIBLE. PLEASE PROVIDE A JUSTIFICATION AS TO WHY
 THE UNITS COULD NOT BE PLACED BEHIND THE
 PARAPET/EXTERIOR WALL.
  
  B. A PLAN IS TO BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING DIVISION
 INDICATING HOW RF EXPOSURE WILL BE ADDRESSED THROUGH
 THE INSTALLATION OF SIGNS, PROTECTED AREAS, ETC. SUCH
 PLAN WILL BE SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY CITYSCAPE
 CONSULTANTS, INC.
  
  C. ALL ELEMENTS ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING ARE TO
 BE PAINTED TO MATCH THE COLOR OF THE BUILDING. WRITTEN
 RESPONSE BY THE ENGINEER INDICATES THAT A NOTE WAS
 ADDED ON SHEET C4 INDICATING SUCH; HOWEVER, NO NOTE IS
 SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
