 1. PLEASE PROVIDE SITE PLAN SHOWING SETBACKS OF
 PROPOSED ADDITION. EVENTHOUGH ADDITION IS A PROPOSED
 SECOND FLOOR, THE ADDITION MUST COMPLY WITH NC ZONING
 DISTRICT SETBACKS (ZLDR SEC. 94-144(2)) AND CANNOT
 INCREASE AN EXISTING NON-CONFORMITY.
  
 2. PROPOSED A/C CANNOT ENCROACH MORE THAN 4 FT. INTO A
 REQUIRED SETBACK (ZLDR SEC. 94-305(B)(4)). PLEASE
 INCLUDE LOCATION OF A/C ON SITE PLAN WITH DIMENSIONS.
  
 3. SCREEN OF THE A/C MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED
 (ZLDR SEC. 94-444(B)). PLEASE DEMONSTRATE HOW THE A/C
 UNIT WILL BE SCREENED.
  
 4. SURVEY PROVIDED APPEARS TO BE REDUCED AND IS NOT TO
 SCALE. PROVIDE VALID UP-TO-DATE SURVEY.
  
 5. PARKING IS REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE ADDITION
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ZLDR SEC.94-485 AND 94-486. PLEASE
 PROVIDE CALCULATION AND DIMENSION ON THE SITE PLAN
 LOCATION OF NEW PARKING FOR THE ADDITION.
  
 6. PROVIDE A CALCULATION DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE WITH
 MAXIMUM FAR OF 0.75 FOR THE NC ZONING DISTRICT WITH CE
 FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION (ZLDR SEC. 94-144(8)(D)).
