 1. BIKE RACKS NEED TO BE INSTALLED. THE
 RACK ORIGINALLY PROPOSED IN FRONT OF
 SPINA?S OFFICE CAN BE MOVED TO THE OLIVE
 AVE SIDE. RACK SHALL BE THE APPROVED
 POST AND LOOP CITY STANDARD. THE WAVE
 RACK IS NOT ALLOWED. RACKS SHALL BE
 SPACE MINIMUM 30? FROM EACH OTHER, AND
 THERE SHOULD BE A MINIMUM 30? FROM A
 WALL TO THE POST. KEEP 8 FOOT CLEAR
 SIDEWALK.
 2. PAINT ALL FIRE LINES AND FDC
 CONNECTING LINES. SHOULD BE COLOR OF
 BUILDING TO BLEND IN, BUT CHECK WITH
 FIRE INSPECTOR.
 3. ALL LIGHT POLES AND FIXTURES ON THE
 STREET MUST BE PAINTED BLACK.
 4. FINISH GROUND AREA INSIDE THE AREA
 WITH THE FPL TRANSFORMER

 THE BUILDING SHALL BE CHANGED TO A CITY
 APPROVED MODEL. THE INSTALLED WAVE RACK
 IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
 7. STAIRS FOR COMMERCIAL BAY ON OLIVE
 SIDE SHALL BE FINISHED.
 8. HEADER BAND FOR LOADING BAYS SHALL BE
 PAINTED AND FINISHED AS BUILDING FA?ADE.
 9. BASE PLANTING ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF
 BUILDING SHALL BE INSTALLED ACCORDING TO
 DAC APPROVAL.
 10. ROOF DRAIN ON NORTH SIDE OF BUILDING
 SHALL BE FINISHED AND COMPLETED.
 11. THERE ARE TWO AREAS ALONG THE OLIVE
 AVE. SIDE OF THE BUILDING THAT HAVE HAD
 CHANGES BECAUSE OF THE RAMP AND
 PLACEMENT OF DOORWAYS THAT WERE
 ORIGINALLY INTENDED TO BE LANDSCAPE
 AREAS THAT HAVE BEEN CONCRETED OVER.
 THESE SHOULD BE CONVERTED BACK AND
 PLANTED TO MATCH THE OTHER BASE
 PLANTINGS.
 12. PAINT INTERIOR AT ENTRANCES TO
 PARKING GARAGE TO 20 FEET IN AS REQUIRED
 BY CODE.
